UK sales leads from 13 public registers

WhoinBritainwasjustclearedtospend

A company cannot quietly double its fleet, treat a third more effluent or start building a battery site. It has to be given permission first, on a dated public record, and then it has to buy. We read every one of those records and send you the ones your business sells into.

Midlands haulier cleared for 18 more vehicles

  • Authorised vehicles rise from 24 to 42; trailers from 31 to 55.
  • Granted 14 September 2026, with no phased condition attached.
  • Two operating centres, one of them added at the same time.

Eighteen vehicles and twenty-four trailers of headroom, on a site that has just been added, at a company with nothing on its assets to refinance. This is a purchase, not a renewal.

Written for vehicles, trailers and workshop.

Four things have to be true before you hear about it.

Anyone can pour a register into an inbox. The work is what we refuse, and the rules are the same every week because a program applies them, not somebody behind on their targets.

  1. The permission

Something was granted, and it is dated

A count raised, a limit lifted, a project let through. Without a figure or a date there is nothing to act on, so that is where a card starts or stops.

  2. The company

The holder is matched to a real business

A name on a record is not a company. It is matched to the registered business behind it, and if we cannot do that with confidence the record is dropped rather than guessed at.

  3. The means

What the accounts and the charges say

Whether there is cash, whether anything is already secured against the assets, whether the filings are current. It decides whether you lead with a price or with a payment — and we publish the company, never the people.

  4. The reading

What it means for your trade, in one paragraph

The same permission is a truck order to one reader and a funding ticket to another. The paragraph is written per category, which is why choosing two beats collecting nine.

READING

Eighteen vehicles of headroom at a company with nothing to refinance. A purchase, not a renewal.

A list of companies is worth the same next year. A permission is worth something for about a month.

What changed, not who exists

Every card is a change on a record: a count that went up, a limit that was raised, a project that passed the point of no return. The company was always there. This is the first week it has to spend.

The date is the product

A permission carries the day it was granted and often the day it must be used by. That is what tells you whether to call this week or to put it in the diary for March.

13 registers, one card

One record says what is allowed. Others say who owns the company, what it can afford, whether anything is charged against its assets and what it has done before. A card is those answers in one place, or it is not published.

How a week runs.

  1. Day 0

A permission is granted and appears on a public record, with a date on it.

  2. Within days

We match the company, read what changed and write what it means for each trade.

  3. Monday

It is in your account, ranked by the size of the change and how close its date is.

  4. Weeks 1–12

The specification is written and the orders go out. That is the head start.

Nine categories. Find the one you sell into.

The reading is written for the category rather than for the record, so a card arrives already answering what a dealer, a broker or a laboratory would ask. Collecting all nine would get you other people’s paragraphs, which is why the free month gives you three.

One month free. No card details, no call.

And after it

Your old cards stay readable and new ones stop until there is a plan. We agree the price with you in an email, because a week of clearances is worth one thing to a dealer shifting eighteen trucks and quite another to a laboratory quoting for a sampling round.

How pricing works

Questions we get asked.

Anything else, write to contact@stanfell.com.

Where does the information come from?
Public UK records: the permissions, consents and registrations a company has to obtain before it can do certain things, read alongside what is publicly filed about the company itself. On a paid plan every card links to the record it came from, so you can check it before you pick up the phone. It is all published information about businesses, and we publish nothing about private individuals.
How is this different from a lead list?
A list tells you that a company exists. A card tells you what changed, on what date, by how much, and what the company will have to buy because of it. A list is the same next month; a card is only worth anything this month.
How many cards will I get in a week?
It varies by week and by category, and we would rather say so than invent a number. We publish what passes our own gate and nothing else: a card has to carry a figure or a dated milestone, a company we can name, and a link to the record. There is no quota to fill.
Why do you only accept a work email address?
Because the free month is per business rather than per person, and an address at your own domain is the simplest proof of which business you are. If your company has no email domain of its own, write to us and we will sort it out.
Can a colleague have access as well?
One account per company domain to start with, so the free month is not multiplied by the size of the sales team. Ask us and we will add your colleague to the same account.
What happens when the free month ends?
The cards you already have stay readable. New ones need a paid plan, and we agree that with you directly rather than through a checkout, because what a week is worth to a dealer and to a laboratory are not the same number.
Can I get this inside my own systems?
An interface for that and a mobile app are being built, and the account you open now is the same account they will use. Tell us what your team works in and it will shape the order we build them in.

Start with next Monday.

A work email is all we need. You will get a six-digit code, choose your categories, and the week’s cards are there. If it is not worth your Monday, stop after the free month and nothing happens.
